Run by a CDN, it orchestrates footprint operations for CAST nodes from broadcasters, and RELAY and RECEIVER cache nodes to join the network.

The controller provides the optimal traffic routing path to deliver content to requesting end-users from the best available Relay or Receiver node. The controller provides infrastructure for coordinating traffic node configuration, health monitoring, and delivery log reporting.

Blockcast a public CDN open to all nodes, and provides an open implementation that anyone can run, or integrate into their existing CDN.
